Living Room
The Living Room comprises three double settees, plus two single chairs. Mounted on the wall is a large LCD T.V. which is connected to Freesat for your enjoyment. Heating is provided through the houses central heating system or by means of 8kw wood burning stove (unlimited logs provided). There is also an electric panel heater which you can use if you need a quick burst of heat. Handy when you first come into the house and you’re looking for volunteers to set the fire.
Kitchen/Dining Room
The Kitchen and Dining Room are on open plan. The kitchen comprises a number of modern work units, which include a built in washing machine and dishwasher. For cooking you will find two built-in microwave ovens, a six gas burner stove and a large double oven / grill.
There is a large double dining room table and twelve chairs plus four spare. Heating to the room is provided by the houses central heating system and a 12kw wood burning stove (unlimited logs provided). For coffee lovers there is a Bosch Tassimo Coffee Machine. However you will need to order your own Tassimo cartridges before you arriv
Games Room
The centre piece of the games room is a 7ft x 4ft "sleight bed" pool table. The room also has a large selection of board games and books, which should keep all ages amused. Heating to the room is again provided by the houses central heating system and an electric panel heater. There is also a stereo, CD's and refrigerated drinks unit.
Hall
The hall features a range of Brown Teak Solid Mango furniture and associated lighting. On display is a wide range of local photography of the surrounding area. Hopefully this will inspire you to visit different areas.
Bedroom 1
The bedroom comprises a super king sized solid oak bed, with matching side tables, reading lights, drawer units and a double wardrobe. The bed is dressed in Plumb Manhattan, which is complimented by a 13.5tog Goose Feather duvet and six pillows. This is the largest of all the bedrooms and offers a magnificent view of the loch to wake up to.
Bedroom 2
The bedroom comprises two single solid oak beds, matching side tables, reading lights, a drawer unit and a double wardrobe. The beds are dressed in Green Athens, with each complimented by a 13.5tog Goose Feather duvet and two pillows.
Bedroom 3
The bedroom comprises a king sized mahogany sleigh bed, with matching side tables, reading lights, drawer unit and a double wardrobe.
Bathroom
The family Bathroom comprises a WC, bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin, a separate shower cubicle and electric under floor heating.
Shower Room
The Shower Room comprises a WC, large shower cubicle, wash hand basin and electric under floor heating.
Bedroom 4
The bedroom comprises a king sized pine bed, with matching side tables, reading lights, drawer unit and a double wardrobe. The bed is dressed in Teal Athens, which is complimented by a 13.5tog Goose Feather duvet and six pillows. This bedroom features double glazed doors which lead out to a balcony overlooking the loch.
Bedroom 5 (Incl. Ensuite)
The bedroom comprises a large double pine bed, matching side tables, reading lights, a drawer unit and a double wardrobe. The bed is dressed in Teracotta Paris, which is complimented by a 13.5tog Goose Feather duvet and four pillows. This bedroom features a freestanding shower unit. As the room is large there is also a cot provided should you need it.
Bedroom 6
The bedroom comprises two single solid oak beds, matching side tables, reading lights, a drawer unit and a double wardrobe. The beds are dressed in Chocolate Athens, with each complimented by a 13.5tog Goose Feather duvet and two pillows.
Shower Room
The shower room comprises of WC, wash hand basin and shower cubicle. This room features electric underfloor heating.
Upper Garden
The upper garden has uninterupted views of Lock Katrine and the surrounding hills. The lawn is very flat and perfect for a game of football or just relaxing and enjoying the views.
To the side of the kitchen you will find a large BBQ area, together with two large picnic tables. There are also a number of planters, together with a bird table. The centrepiece of the area is a large Buchbeck chimneya, which can be used as either an open fire or a BBQ.
Lower Garden
The lower garden is truly specatuclar and fronts onto Loch Katrine. There is jetty and stairs into the water, but for safety reasons both are locked. Again you will find a large flat lawn, together with two large picnic tables. If you fancy something different, why not go for a walk in the woods or view the loch from a different persective.
